بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Surah 100 — Al-Aadiyaat
- 1وَالْعَادِيَاتِwal-ʿādiyātiBy the racersضَبْحًاḍabḥanpanting
- 2فَالْمُورِيَاتِfal-mūriyātiAnd the producers of sparksقَدْحًاqadḥanstriking
- 3فَالْمُغِيرَاتِfal-mughīrātiAnd the chargersصُبْحًاṣub'ḥan(at) dawn
- 4فَأَثَرْنَfa-atharnaThen raiseبِهِbihitherebyنَقْعًاnaqʿandust
- 5فَوَسَطْنَfawasaṭnaThen penetrate (in the) centerبِهِbihitherebyجَمْعًاjamʿan(of) troops
- 6إِنَّinnaIndeedالْإِنْسَانَl-insānamankindلِرَبِّهِlirabbihito his Lordلَكَنُودٌlakanūdun(is) surely ungrateful
- 7وَإِنَّهُwa-innahuAnd indeed heعَلَىʿalātoذَلِكَdhālikathatلَشَهِيدٌlashahīdunsurely (is) a witness
- 8وَإِنَّهُwa-innahuAnd indeed he (is)لِحُبِّliḥubbiin (the) loveالْخَيْرِl-khayri(of) wealthلَشَدِيدٌlashadīdun(is) surely intense
- 9أَفَلَاafalāBut does notيَعْلَمُyaʿlamuhe knowإِذَاidhāwhenبُعْثِرَbuʿ'thirawill be scatteredمَاmāwhatفِيfī(is) inالْقُبُورِl-qubūrithe graves
- 10وَحُصِّلَwaḥuṣṣilaAnd is made apparentمَاmāwhatفِيfī(is) inالصُّدُورِl-ṣudūrithe breasts
- 11إِنَّinnaIndeedرَبَّهُمْrabbahumtheir Lordبِهِمْbihimabout themيَوْمَئِذٍyawma-idhinthat Dayلَخَبِيرٌlakhabīrun(is) surely All-Aware
