  2. 2πολλὰpollaIn many waysγὰρgarforπταίομενptaiomenwe stumbleἅπαντες·hapantesall;εἴeiIfτιςtisanyoneἐνeninλόγῳlogōwhat he saysοὐounotπταίει,ptaieidoes stumble,οὗτοςhoutosthis one [is]τέλειοςteleiosa perfectἀνήρ,anērman,δυνατὸςdunatosableχαλιναγωγῆσαιchalinagōgēsaito bridleκαὶkaiindeedὅλονholonallτὸtotheσῶμα.¶sōmabody.

  15. 15οὐκoukNotἔστινestinisαὕτηhautēthistheσοφίαsophiawisdomἄνωθενanōthenfrom aboveκατερχομένη,katerchomenēcoming down,ἀλλ᾽all᾽butἐπίγειοςepigeios[is] earthlyψυχικὴpsuchikēunspiritualδαιμονιώδης.daimoniōdēsdemonic.
  16. 16ὅπουhopouWhereγὰρgarforζῆλοςzēlosjealousyκαὶkaiandἐριθεία,eritheiaself-interest [exist],ἐκεῖekeithere [will be]ἀκαταστασίαakatastasiadisorderκαὶkaiandπᾶνpaneveryφαῦλονphaulonevilπρᾶγμα.¶pragmathing.

  5. 5ἐτρυφήσατεetruphēsateYou lived in luxuryἐπὶepiuponτῆςtēstheγῆςgēsearthκαὶkaiandἐσπαταλήσατε,espatalēsatelived in self-indulgence,ἐθρέψατεethrepsateYou have fattenedτὰςtastheκαρδίαςkardiasheartsὑμῶνhumōnof youὡςhōsasἐνeninἡμέρᾳhēmera[the] dayσφαγῆς.sphagēsof slaughter.
  6. 6κατεδικάσατε,katedikasateYou have condemnedἐφονεύσατεephoneusate[and] have put to deathτὸνtontheδίκαιον·dikaionrighteous;οὐκouknotἀντιτάσσεταιantitassetaidoes he resistὑμῖν.¶huminyou.

  9. 9μὴNotστενάζετε,stenazetedo grumbleἀδελφοί,adelphoibrothersκατ᾽kat᾽againstἀλλήλων,allēlōnone anotherἵναinaso thatμὴnotἰδοὺidouBeholdhotheκριτὴςkritēsJudgeπρὸprobeforeτῶνtōntheθυρῶνthurōndoorsἕστηκεν.hestēkenhas been stood.

  13. 13ΚακοπαθεῖKakopatheiIs suffering hardshipsτιςtisanyoneἐνenamongὑμῖν;huminyou?προσευχέσθω·proseuchesthōhe should pray;εὐθυμεῖeuthumeiIs cheerfulτις;tisanyone?ψαλλέτω.psalletōhe should sing praises.

  15. 15καὶkaiAndtheεὐχὴeuchēprayerτῆςtēs<the>πίστεωςpisteōsof faithσώσειsōseiwill saveτὸνtonthe [one]κάμνονταkamnontaailingκαὶkaiandἐγερεῖegereiwill raise upαὐτὸνautonhimhotheκύριος·kuriosLord;κἂνkanand ifἁμαρτίαςhamartiassinsēhe shall be [one]πεποιηκώς,pepoiēkōshaving committed,ἀφεθήσεταιaphethēsetaiit will be forgivenαὐτῷ.¶autōto him.
