2. 2ἀγαπητέ,agapēteBeloved,περὶpericoncerningπάντωνpantōnall thingsεὔχομαίeuchomaiI prayσεseyouεὐοδοῦσθαιeuodousthaito do wellκαὶkaiandὑγιαίνεινhugiaineinto be in good healthκαθὼςkathōseven asεὐοδοῦταίeuodoutaidoes wellσουsouyourἡhē<the>ψυχή.psuchēsoul.

10. 10διὰdiaBecause ofτοῦτο,toutothis,ἐὰνeanifἔλθω,elthōI shall come,ὑπομνήσωhupomnēsōI will bring to remembranceαὐτοῦautouof himτὰtatheἔργαergaworksἃhawhichποιεῖ,poieihe is doing,λόγοιςlogoiswith wordsπονηροῖςponēroisevilφλυαρῶνphluarōnprating againstἡμᾶς·hēmasus;καὶkaiandμὴmēnotἀρκούμενοςarkoumenosbeing satisfiedἐπὶepiwithτούτοις,toutoisthese,οὔτεouteneitherαὐτὸςautoshimselfἐπιδέχεταιepidechetaihe receivesτοὺςtoustheἀδελφούς,adelphousbrothers,καὶkaiandτοὺςtousthoseβουλομένουςboulomenouspurposingκωλύειkōlueihe forbidsκαὶkaiandἐκekfromτῆςtēstheἐκκλησίαςekklēsiaschurchἐκβάλλει.¶ekballeihe casts [them] out.
