- 7ὅμωςhomōsEvenτὰta<the>ἄψυχαapsuchalifeless thingsφωνὴνphōnēna soundδιδόντα,didontagiving,εἴτεeitewhetherαὐλὸςaulosfluteεἴτεeiteorκιθάρα,kitharaharp,ἐὰνeanifδιαστολὴνdiastolēndistinctionτοῖςtoisto theφθόγγοιςphthongoissoundsμὴmēnotπῶςpōshowγνωσθήσεταιgnōsthēsetaiwill it be knownτὸtowhatαὐλούμενονauloumenonis being pipedἢēorτὸtowhatκιθαριζόμενον;kitharizomenonis being harped?
